Yes! We've all been waiting for this! Lululemon never allowed returns on sale items. You can now return and exchange sale items in store, and receive a refund towards a gift card or to make an exchange. The outlet stores can't process returns on sale items, so keep that in mind. Items sold at outlets and warehouse sales are excluded and will remain final sale. *Exclusions and conditions apply.
Members can now access a selection of Lululemon Studio classes through the Lululemon App. Classes include cardio, strength, yoga and more. Every week, new classes will be available.
Those who join will also be able to make receipt-free returns both online and in stores, and get faster refunds when sending online orders back by mail.
Members get complimentary hemming on tops and bottoms at all Lululemon stores besides for outlet stores. Tag and receipt are not required.
The Lululemon Studio Membership is the brand's paid membership and requires members to purchase a Smart Mirror. Each Lululemon Studio subscription provides unlimited access to Lululemon Studio content for up to six household members, plus additional membership benefits for the primary account holder.
Lululemon Studio members will have access to over 10,000 live workout Classes, as well as a 10% discount online and in-store on most Lululemon items. They also receive unlimited classes at experiential stores, in addition to early access to Lululemon events.
Both primary account holders and household Members will have access to the 20% discount at partner studios. Plus, they also receive all Lululemon Essential Membership benefits.
